I've put a band on that was almost tight, after 30 mins I was feeling some discomfort, after an hour my balls were starting to turn black. I took it off then. How long would I have to leave it on to cause permanent damage and eventual castration. This was a rolled up balloon neck so not a proper band but was still small. Also, would this cause gangrene if I let my balls die.
