They want everything really spacious, so we've got to tear this up. I don't know if we should level this floor or not.
But we've got to knock down here and knock down this wall, open it up, and just make it really spacious.
I've got to see if they want this elevated. I don't know, what do you think? Should we just make it two stories or just keep it one level?
It would be a lot of work to make it one story. Two levels would be better.
